Do we have a minimum order quantity?

As we stock 6-metre random lengths, we ask that you take a whole length as a minimum.

Can we product tubing to order?

We have exclusive relationships with mills in Western Europe and North America, meaning we can supply the highest quality material with delivery times to match.

What are our Delivery Times?

All stock material here in the UK, under a certain size and weight threshold, will be dispatched for next day delivery if we receive the order before 15.00.
For orders that are oversized or overweight for next day delivery, please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.

If the material is quoted as X/Stock from our main warehouse in the Netherlands, delivery will be 7-10 working days from day of order. This lead time can be improved upon, depending on what time of the week the order is placed.

Any orders for coils would be dispatched from our warehouse in Germany where we keep a wide range of coils. If your order requires us to de-coil material off a larger coil for you, we ask for you to allow another 3-4 days for delivery for this to be carried out.

How is the tubing packed for transport?

All next day deliveries are packed securely in a cardboard tube strapped to a wooden plank.
Larger orders, either due to size or weight, will be packed in a wooden export case suitable for air + sea freight.
